Welcome to Missional Miles, an online travel forum founded in 2013 and dedicated to helping charitable travelers make missions, adoption, and service-related travel affordable through strategic usage of miles, points, & cash-back redemptions.
Purpose
- Encourage travelers to use a portion of their hard-earned miles/points to go and participate in charitable travel.
- Help charitable travelers achieve affordable travel
- Help identify opportunities to participate in charitable travel.
It is important to note that earning and redeeming travel points/miles will not be the best fit for every traveler due to the typical limitations of redemption availability--especially for the short-notice needs of disaster relief volunteers and adoption travelers. Additionally, travel incentives or cash back earned through credit card signups and spending must be approached responsibly. If purchases result in paying large fees or monthly interest, the value of any rewards received will be significantly limited at best.
